Dear Homeowner,
The Annual Meeting for Colony Courts Condominium Association has been called for
November 9, 2023 at 7:00 PM at the Clubhouse. Please arrive around 6:45pm for sign in
procedures. Enclosed are the following items, which we ask everyone to bring to the
meeting to save the association on copying.
OFFICIAL AGENDA- Enclosed
NOMINATION FORM: There are three (3) board positions up for election, if
you would like to run for the board, please follow the instructions on the form.
OFFICIAL PROXY: This form is for those members of the community who will
not be able to attend the meeting and would like to give a neighbor their vote.
Please follow the directions on the form.
YEAR TO DATE EXPENSES: October financials will be provided at meeting.
2022 ANNUAL MINUTES: Please review the minutes from last year and bring
any corrections you may have to the meeting.

Notice to Colony Courts
Meeting of the Colony Courts Condominium Association will be held on 3rd Thursday of month at 7 PM in the clubhouse .
The next meeting will be Thursday, April 20th at 7 pm.
Landscaping schedule for Summer / Fall 2023
BHHS, The Preferred Property Management Company is excited to announce an upgrade in our
accounting software. This software includes additional avenues for communication and an owner
accessible information platform. The software is Appfolio Property Management software.
By activating your “portal”, it will allow you to:
• Access your payment history (ledger) from May 1, 2022 forward
• Pay your dues securely online (with no fees charged for e-checks)
• Log work orders
• Communicate with your manager through your portal (Website and/or mobile app)
• Receive responses when work orders are complete and permit management to link invoices to
completed work orders.
Over the next few months we will be updating our email records to better communicate with our
customers. If we have your email on file, you should receive an activation email. Below you will find
instructions on how to request your portal access, if you do not receive the activation email.
This transition will take time and some owners will need assistance learning the system. We will do our
best to help assist in the transition, which ultimately will save time as well as expedite communication.
