BHHS, The Preferred Property Management Company is excited to announce an upgrade in our
accounting software. This software includes additional avenues for communication and an owner
accessible information platform. The software is Appfolio Property Management software.
By activating your “portal”, it will allow you to:
• Access your payment history (ledger) from May 1, 2022 forward
• Pay your dues securely online (with no fees charged for e-checks)
• Log work orders
• Communicate with your manager through your portal (Website and/or mobile app)
• Receive responses when work orders are complete and permit management to link invoices to
completed work orders.
Over the next few months we will be updating our email records to better communicate with our
customers. If we have your email on file, you should receive an activation email. Below you will find
instructions on how to request your portal access, if you do not receive the activation email.
This transition will take time and some owners will need assistance learning the system. We will do our
best to help assist in the transition, which ultimately will save time as well as expedite communication.
